Your Responsibilities:
As a Property Management Associate, you will play a vital role in leasing and overseeing the operational management of Davis Development's upscale residential communities, catering to both current and prospective residents.
Key Duties:
- Drive occupancy goals for our upscale community by delivering exceptional customer service and implementing effective, results-oriented marketing strategies and resident engagement events for both existing and potential tenants.
- Assist with lease agreements and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Welcome and guide prospective residents through the community, explaining leasing qualifications and preparing all necessary leasing documentation.
- Oversee applications, rental payments, and delinquencies, while managing all legal requirements related to non-payment.
- Ensure the accuracy of all records and reports within the property management system.
- Address resident concerns effectively, upholding the standards of the Davis brand.
- Maintain the community's aesthetic and enhance the resident experience through regular walkthroughs and prompt completion of work orders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a property management role is required.
- Experience in leasing for upscale communities is preferred.
- Proven skills in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with individuals across various levels and teams within and outside the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer service focus, with outstanding interpersonal skills and a composed demeanor.
