Overview

We're seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee leasing results and strategy at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing lease renewal and resident retention programs, analyzing weekly leasing reports, and managing marketing strategies. If you're a motivated and entrepreneurial individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
  • Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and train onsite staff to ensure seamless execution of leasing operations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of related leasing experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
  • Driver's License required.
