Job Description

The Leasing Consultant is a vital role within FPI Management, Inc., responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents on behalf of the company. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about each apartment home
  • Process rental applications and secure lease agreements from qualified individuals
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs
  • Maintain occupancy levels and exhibit professional leasing techniques
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the apartment community

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
  • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and property management-related software
