Job Description

This Operations Coordinator position involves analyzing and making recommendations on various budgets and fiscal procedures. You will also establish contract forms and procedures, research and prepare grant applications, develop policies and procedures, coordinate training plans and staff development needs, present data to management for decision-making, and supervise a small staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate studies of administrative and operational activities.
  2. Analyze and make recommendations on budgets and fiscal procedures.
  3. Establish contract forms and procedures.
  4. Research and prepare grant applications.
  5. Develop policies and procedures.
  6. Coordinate training plans and staff development needs.
  7. Present data to management for decision-making.
  8. Supervise a small staff.

Qualifications:

  • Eighteen (18) months of full-time equivalent experience in budget preparation/monitoring or contracts/grant management.
  • Bachelor's degree in public/business administration, behavioral/social science, accounting/finance, or other relevant field.

Salary Range: $30-$32/hourly
