Supervisor in Training Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership and management skills while working in a dynamic retail environment. As a Supervisor in Training, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor Sales Associates to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, fitting room and cash wrap standards, and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Average 32 or more hours per week based on business seasonality.
