In this Customer Service Supervisor role at Michaels Stores, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will lead a team of associates to provide a customer-centric shopping experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued.

  • You will assist the Store Manager in planning and supporting the scheduling and execution of store workload.
  • You will assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  • You will support and participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • You will achieve your KPI's; manage your team to achieve their role KPI's.
  • You will manage the visual merchandising standards in store and execution of feature space and seasonal layouts.
  • You will manage and execute the inventory management processes in store.
  • You will manage and execute merchandise operations and Omni channel processes.
  • You will manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • You will train, observe and coach the team to achieve results; participate in the performance management process of your team; support Talent Development; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development.
  • You will interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.
  • You will serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • You will acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions.
  • You will cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
  • You will assist with Omni channel processes.
