The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in the ICU and possess in-depth knowledge of best practices in the area. You will be adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs, with strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care and coordinate care to achieve desired outcomes
  • Participate in patient and family teaching
  • Provide leadership by delegating and working collaboratively with the healthcare team
  • Maintain standards for professional nursing practice and performance
Requirements:
  • Current RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA), required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association (AHA), required

We offer a competitive salary range of $43.41-$60.79, with an average rate of $50.65-$70.92. Additionally, we offer a retention bonus of $10,000 for full-time employees.
