Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN experience preferred.
