Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses
- Provide therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, and wound care
- Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice
- Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care
- Educate patients and families on managing acute illnesses and promoting health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in acute care settings
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Nationally board certified, current
- Current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
- Prescriptive authority and DEA
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
