Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality systems, such as TS and IATF 16949.
