Job Summary

To drive standardization and consistency in Aftermarket business processes, reducing employee turnover and enhancing the overall employee experience in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead employee retention and experience initiatives in the region.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain and improve business processes.
  • Ensure the appearance and safety of all locations in the region.
  • Contribute to budget creation and monthly projections for parts and service.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge to support training new employees.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to increase service and parts revenue.
  • Assist in WIP management and maintain collectable WIP within business standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience in the region.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of meeting performance metrics.
  • Experience in P/L and expense management is essential.
  • Ability to communicate metrics and goals to the region through regular updates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of business software, including CDK, Target reporting, and GL accounts.
  • Experience working cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
