Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to coordinate total nursing care for patients of all ages. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working collaboratively with other nursing and healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Participate in patient and family teaching, empowering individuals to take an active role in their healthcare.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies, ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license
  • Current BCLS certification
  • BLS, ACLS, PALs, and TNCC certifications
  • Other certifications as required by department policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
