Job Summary

Turner Construction is seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Superintendent to lead our Mechanical and Electrical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing subcontractors, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for Mechanical and Electrical systems
  • Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adherence to budget
  • Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns
  • Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget
  • Communicate with owners and architects/engineers regarding field issues
  • Manage the billing process and oversee the monthly estimate of work completed
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedule
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 6 years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience
  • Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling, and cost control procedures
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedule
