Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets clients with a positive attitude to promote a service environment.
  • Completes scheduling and statuses of clinical staff appointments.
  • Obtains and updates client data, collects co-pays, and answers phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Utilizes telehealth to extend care when necessary.
  • Collects, fills, and organizes office documents, records, and forms.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One to three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and Skype.
  • Strategic scheduling skills, including knowledge of Avatar.
  • Organizational and critical thinking skills.
