Job Description:

JobRialto is seeking a Perinatal Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients and their families during the perinatal period.

About the Position:

The Perinatal Care Specialist will be responsible for delivering nursing care appropriate to the age and needs of patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This role involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions, formulate individualized care plans, and implement interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain accountability for the safety and quality of nursing care delivered or supervised.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN.
Estimated Salary:

$130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
