Job Title: Licensed Behavior Consultant

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant to provide services in Bucks County. Our company was founded by parents of two children with special needs, and we prioritize providing high-quality services and taking care of our employees. We offer competitive rates, benefits, and paid time off, as well as flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time hours are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We provide supervision of BACB candidates free of charge to qualified staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments.
  • Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers performing the following duties:
  • Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, and community environments.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data during each session with the client.
  • Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
  • Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
  • Provide role models for appropriate behaviors.
  • Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
  • Implement consequences related to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
  • Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
  • Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork, including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • BACB Certification in good standing.
  • Behavior Specialist License is required.
  • Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work provided that the applicant has their LSW in good standing.
  • Valid driver's license is required, as well as willingness to travel as needed.
  • One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
