Job Summary:

The AP Coordinator is responsible for all accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing payments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices for documentation and approval, then enter and upload them into accounting software.
  • Verify purchase orders to ensure invoices match.
  • Reconcile discrepancies by researching and resolving issues with invoices.
  • Prepare payments to ensure timely and accurate payment in accordance with financial policies.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding payment status, invoice requests, and other inquiries.
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Assist with month-end closing process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 2-5 years of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience (or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience (two-way and three-way P.O. matching preferred).
  • Preferable Oracle Fusion (Cloud) experience.
