Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair needs and providing accurate estimates
  • Keep accurate records of all services performed and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities provided by the dealership
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician required
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Proficient with computer diagnostic equipment and systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
