Position Summary:
The role involves ensuring that inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance are conducted in compliance with the relevant aircraft maintenance manuals, company protocols, and the Repair Station manual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preflight and post-flight inspections
- Address and rectify discrepancies
- Safely operate in a workshop environment utilizing necessary tools and equipment
- Perform assigned tasks outdoors and in adverse weather conditions when necessary
- Ensure that all work completed is reviewed by the designated inspection personnel
- Complete all required documentation for tasks performed
- Inspect, diagnose, adjust, and repair aircraft and/or engines as assigned
- Participate in required training sessions
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Utilize basic computer skills for task documentation
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a designated team
- Uphold integrity and a commitment to high-quality standards
- Report any failures or deficiencies promptly
- Pass background checks and random drug screenings
- Be available for overtime and/or weekend work as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Airframe or Powerplant certification (both preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of two years of experience with B-727 and B-737 aircraft preferred
- Diverse experience in maintaining large fixed-wing aircraft
Work Environment & Cultural Fit:
- Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screening and a compliant background check
- Ability to read, write, and understand English is essential
- Must be motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized, and capable of managing tasks and responsibilities
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility are crucial

- Must demonstrate ethical behavior and trustworthiness with sensitive information

Physical Demands:
The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
- Moderate to heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs) is necessary
- Ability to climb and utilize ladders, work stands, platforms, and lifting equipment
- Work within confined spaces as needed
Shift Requirements:
- Work schedule consists of two weeks on, two weeks off
- Availability for full-time work and overtime when required
