Aircraft Technician

GSO Aviation, a subsidiary of Aviation Repair Technologies, is a leading FAA and EASA-certified repair station specializing in component MRO for commercial and regional aircraft. We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in Doral, Florida.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, paint, and modify hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and fuel components using state-of-the-art techniques and test equipment.
- Read and follow plans, manuals, customer order instructions, material lists, and guidelines, applying necessary timelines.
- Fulfill regular and advanced installation/repair/maintenance duties, including project layout, and complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Functionally test assemblies to ensure serviceability of completed units.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Develop tools and equipment as required.
- Prepare documentation and assist in training junior personnel.
- High school graduate or GED.
- Basic understanding of shop math.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and comply with GSO's DOT drug screening program.
- Minimum tools to perform aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to work regular hours, typically 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday.
- Strong ethics and dedication to safety.
- Be 18 years or older and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
