Job Summary

Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Asset Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end deal exposure and supporting the growth of our client's alternative asset management business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our client's portfolio, including research, valuations, and asset management.
  • Investment Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and prepare investment committee research presentation materials.
  • Transaction Execution: Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with senior management and the board of directors.
  • Investor Communications: Prepare investor communications, including financial forecasts, reporting, and financial estimates.
  • Acquisition Recommendations: Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in private markets, asset management, research, or a related field (private equity, real estate, banking).
  • Academic Pedigree: Top academic credentials.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced technical skills, including strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
  • ARGUS Modeling: Experience with ARGUS modeling required.
  • Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills.
