Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide direction and supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to agency and departmental safety procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience working with adolescents, preferred
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York State
- CPR certification, preferred
- Pediatric and psychiatric experience, preferred
