As a Music Education Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging music lessons in alignment with the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will focus on expanding student enrollment and ensuring that each student thrives, enjoys their musical journey, and contributes to our culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
  • Maintain communication with students and their guardians regarding progress.
  • Address customer service inquiries to enhance student retention.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Music, Education, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to successfully complete Guitar Center-specific training and certifications.
  • Proficient in demonstrating skills in the instrument area being taught (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
