We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team in the Operating Room at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans
- Implement and evaluate care according to patient-specific age and developmental needs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
- 2 years' experience circulating in multiple surgical specialties in an acute hospital setting
- Pediatrics cardiac experience is required
- Previous experience working in a level 1 trauma center is preferred
- Ability to assess effectiveness of patient care and maintain a calm demeanor in crises and emergencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Children's Hospital Los Angeles offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $89,000 to $154,284, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
