This role will primarily concentrate on transactional legal matters, encompassing the drafting, negotiation, and assessment of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, negotiate, and evaluate various contracts
  • Assist in real estate transaction processes
  • Identify and assess areas of legal risk
  • Consult with organizational staff regarding legal interpretations
  • Conduct research on state and federal legislation
  • Review and endorse policies and procedures
  • Educate staff on pertinent laws and regulations
  • Provide legal guidance to various departments

Essential Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law institution
