Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Vendor Partnerships Recruiter to join our Vendor Development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills—both verbal and written—along with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities. The ability to manage a diverse workload under pressure is essential.

While knowledge of the mechanical trades is not mandatory, prior experience in customer service and a positive, energetic attitude are highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Operational Team to identify and understand client needs.
  • Source, recruit, and assess vendors across various trades and locations to fulfill client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor database.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with all requirements set forth by BOSS Facility Services.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing based on trade and region.
  • Act as a liaison for vendors to resolve account-related issues.

This role demands a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required, though training will be provided for our proprietary software.


Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
