Key Responsibilities- Receive and schedule incoming referrals for new clients with urgency and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls in a friendly and understandable tone
- Manage voicemails and return calls to schedule intakes within 24 hours of referral submission
- Enter new client information into CRM and EHR systems accurately and efficiently
- Provide clients and families with current information about community services and resources
- Confidently explain our programs and services to anyone who inquires
- Make appropriate matches from client to clinician based on client preference and clinician areas of specialization and expertise
- Support the Operations Manager with administrative duties as assigned
- Warm and inviting personality with excellent oral communication skills
- A team player with a hopeful attitude and a drive for excellence
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently towards meeting goals
- The ability to interact compassionately and professionally with clients in distress
- Two years or more experience within social work or behavioral healthcare field preferred
- Two years or more experience of front office work in a healthcare field required
