We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at the Center of Hope for Behavioral Health Inc. As the first point of contact for guests, clients, vendors, and families, this role is vital to the Center's success and its ability to continue serving the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and schedule incoming referrals for new clients with urgency and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls in a friendly and understandable tone
  • Manage voicemails and return calls to schedule intakes within 24 hours of referral submission
  • Enter new client information into CRM and EHR systems accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clients and families with current information about community services and resources
  • Confidently explain our programs and services to anyone who inquires
  • Make appropriate matches from client to clinician based on client preference and clinician areas of specialization and expertise
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Warm and inviting personality with excellent oral communication skills
  • A team player with a hopeful attitude and a drive for excellence
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently towards meeting goals
  • The ability to interact compassionately and professionally with clients in distress
  • Two years or more experience within social work or behavioral healthcare field preferred
  • Two years or more experience of front office work in a healthcare field required
