Job Summary

Omni Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adults, participating in comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide trauma-informed therapy to clients, incorporating evidence-based interventions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, contributing to the development of comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and crisis intervention.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of Automobile Insurance.
  • Certification in first aid/CPR, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions.
