Overview:

As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering specialized infusion therapies directly to patients in their residences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized infusion treatments tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Administering intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and other advanced infusion therapies.
  • Assessing patient health status and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of treatment procedures in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
  • Safely managing and maintaining infusion equipment.
  • Educating patients and their families on infusion therapy management and overall wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a nursing degree with RN experience or be an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
  • Active RN license in the state of Georgia is required.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the local area is essential.
  • Proficiency in using EMR and healthcare software is necessary.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality care within the community.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $40-50 per hour, based on experience.
