About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager to join our team at Regions Bank. As a key member of our technology operations team, you will be responsible for developing, training, and managing Business Systems Analysts who support departmental systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, test, and execute projects and support day-to-day operations
  • Ensure department meets all standards, company policies, and quality requirements
  • Develop strategy and lead implementation for system(s)
  • Work with Technology partners and line of businesses regarding processes and resolution of system issues
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve user problems as they occur
  • Oversee system enhancements and work with agencies to develop ongoing reporting and tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of related work experience
  • OR a High School Diploma /GED and twelve (12) years of related work experience
  • Two (2) years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a financial institution
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Ability to learn additional systems as needed
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Additional Details

3-5 years' experience TSYS Support on TS-1 and TS-2 is strongly preferred. Experience related to Credit Card and environmental and regulatory rules. Strong experience leading Senior Business Analysts. Strong focus on associate development including training and career development. Strong technical management and support service skills. Understanding of credit product offerings. Ability to manage conversions. Strong background in compliance and risk management. Strong background in vendor management. Ability to effectively collaborate with product, technology, and vendor teams. Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions.
