Key Responsibilities:

As a Systems & Process Engineer, your main duty will be to collect requirements and design processes with compliance integrated into their framework. These processes will aim to minimize variables, conserve time, and lower costs to support rapid innovation and iteration. You will be tasked with the ongoing optimization and enhancement of these processes to improve efficiency over time, transitioning between methods as they are developed and refined. Responsibilities may include various domains such as manufacturing, data management, nonconformance oversight, automation of audits and reporting, testing, etc.
  • Create measurable metrics presented in real-time on a dashboard of your preference (e.g., Excel, Grafana, Google Sheets)
  • Lead process enhancements to improve systemic compliance and quality standards, leveraging ingenuity and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Support with deviation and audit findings, tracking their progress, ensuring effective execution, and coordinating timely resolution of actions
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or a comparable position
  • Proven track record in developing and refining processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles
  • Competence in basic coding and querying
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to create measurable metrics
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Analytical problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Biomedical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering sectors
  • Involvement in Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and projects

$92,600-$205,800 USD

For Full-Time Employees, your compensation package will consist of two primary components: salary and equity. Salary guidance for this role will be determined based on the level at which you enter the organization, with opportunities for growth as you contribute.
