Key Responsibilities:

As a Systems & Process Engineer, your main focus will be on gathering requirements and designing processes that integrate compliance from the outset. These processes will aim to minimize variables, conserve time, and lower costs to support rapid innovation and iteration. You will be responsible for the ongoing optimization and enhancement of these processes to improve efficiency over time, transitioning between methods as they are developed and refined. Areas of focus may include manufacturing, data management, nonconformance handling, automation of audits and reporting, testing, and more.
  • Create measurable metrics that are displayed in real-time on a dashboard of your choice (e.g., Excel, Grafana, Google Sheets)
  • Lead initiatives for process enhancements to improve systemic compliance and quality standards, leveraging innovative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Support the management of deviations and audit findings, ensuring effective execution and timely resolution of actions
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or a comparable position
  • Proven track record in developing and refining processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles
  • Basic coding and querying proficiency
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to create measurable metrics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Analytical problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Biomedical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering fields
  • Involvement in Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and projects
