Position Title: Medicaid Quality Assurance Analyst

Number of Openings: 1

Work Arrangement: Chicago, Illinois (Fully Onsite, 5 days a week)

Contract Duration: Long-Term

Client: CoForge USA

Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or testing, specifically with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems), Medicaid and Healthcare claims processing, EDI transactions (837, 835, 834, 820), X12 EDI files, SQL, JIRA, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise required for executing MMIS SRT.
  • In-depth understanding of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and adjudication, along with EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 834, 820).
  • Proficient in handling X12 EDI files.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and manipulation using Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Ability to write and execute comprehensive test cases and scripts.
  • Experience in regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Capability to conduct root cause analysis and manage defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for test management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in working independently or as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
