Responsibilities:
As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in patient care.

Understanding that many patients may feel anxious about blood tests, we prioritize hiring professionals who excel in both technical skills and patient interaction.

Expectations:
- Collect blood samples through capillary or venipuncture methods.
- Ensure the integrity of specimens according to the tests being conducted.
- Safely dispose of contaminated materials and specimens.
- Receive laboratory samples, process them using a centrifuge, and distribute them to the appropriate testing areas while communicating any special instructions.
- Perform clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (PBT, ASCP).
