Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our Over 60 Health Center (OSHC). As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient primary care to our patients, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to address the complex medical and psychosocial needs of our underserved population.
About the Role:- Conduct psychiatric assessments and administer treatment to referred primary care patients
- Offer diagnostic and treatment consultation to primary care providers and other clinicians
- Develop and implement psychiatric treatment plans with the patient's primary care provider and other clinical providers or staff
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and phone conversations to coordinate clinic patient services

Benefits:- Competitive salary range: $142,000-$163,000/year
