Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

- Exceptional Support: Our dedicated operations team will help with scheduling, screening patients, credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and reimbursement, documentation, prior authorization, pharmacy contact, patient requests, messaging triaging, and IT support.

- Flexibility: This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, with no on-call responsibilities, and the option to work in an all-virtual or hybrid model.
- A SIGN-ON BONUS/Pay Advance of $10,000 total (based on 35+ hours per week)
- An annual salary between $170,000 and $175,000 based on experience and a 40-hour weekly schedule
- A smaller full-time caseload with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a salary starting at $131,250
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverages, and FSA; company-paid life insurance; 4 weeks of PTO (increased in 2024); and a 401K plan with a company match
- A Master's degree in psychiatric mental health nursing from an accredited university or graduate program
- An active, California Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
- An active DEA license for Schedules 2-5
- California residency
- 2+ years of independent experience in psychiatry, with 1 year in an outpatient setting
- Access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus
