RN Utilization Manager

Ochsner Health is seeking a skilled RN Utilization Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care coordination team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the most appropriate level of care.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient data to identify potential care coordination opportunities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality metrics
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
