Role of Our Educators:

  • Design and maintain an inviting and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and play.
  • Encourage a passion for discovery by implementing our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, which guides the creation of engaging educational experiences.
  • Engage with parents regularly, sharing insights into their children's progress and experiences through various communication methods.
  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of every child.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a vibrant learning environment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of professional teaching experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required; coursework in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is essential.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific requirements for the position.

Expectations:

  • Fulfill assigned daily hours.
  • Attend work on all operational days.
  • Provide a nurturing and educational atmosphere.
  • Collaborate in co-teaching and share lesson planning responsibilities.
  • Maintain educational portfolios for each child.
  • Build meaningful relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Participate in team meetings with leadership.
  • Adhere to the full-day curriculum schedule.
  • Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for tours.
  • Must be fully vaccinated.
