Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to join our New Vehicle Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Respond to incoming sales calls and internet leads, providing timely and personalized service to our customers.
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features in the showroom and on the lot, showcasing our products in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Conduct needs analyses and provide customers with tailored vehicle options, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
  • Share purchase and lease options, complete price quotes, and provide customers with transparent and competitive pricing.
  • Build strong rapport with customers, establishing trust and credibility throughout the sales process.
  • Complete paperwork with customers and provide a thorough vehicle walk-around at delivery, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Previous automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday, with a strong desire to drive sales growth.
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality customer service skills and a sales track record, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
  • Persistent, competitive, and with a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to pass pre-employment screens (background, drug).
