Our state-of-the-art Production Facility, completed in early 2018, is one of the cleanest and most efficiently designed workshops in the industry. We are expanding rapidly, and this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

Mechanic Trainee Program

Begin your career as a Junior Technician and progress towards becoming an Intermediate Technician. From there, you will advance to a Lead Technician and ultimately gain the expertise needed to become a Specialized Technician.

Starting on our Express Service Team, you will acquire skills in:

  • Oil and Filter Changes
  • Tire Rotations
  • Brake Inspections
  • Tire Inspections
  • Suspension Inspections
  • Understanding Maintenance Cycles
  • Identifying Proper Upsell Opportunities

You will also have the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced master and senior master technicians in the field.

Expectations During the Initial Six Months

During your trial period, we will be assessing the following:

  • Work Area Cleanliness
  • Ambition, Drive, and Work Ethic
  • Punctual Attendance
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols
  • Determination to Complete Tasks Effectively

Upon successful completion of this initial phase, Pat Milliken Ford will provide you with:

  • Access to Ford Motor Company online training
  • Paid offsite training with Ford Motor Company
  • Support for State of Michigan certifications, including a course reimbursement program
  • A clear career path to full certification as a Ford Certified Technician
