Camp Beaumont Early Years Coordinator Position

Camp Beaumont is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Coordinator to join our team. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading playtime group activities for children aged 3-14 during summer and school holiday weekdays.
You will be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional day camp programs and monitoring the well-being of all our young camp members. Your primary responsibility will be to organize engaging games, assist with various activities, and ensure the safety and happiness of the children under your care.
Activities may include archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, arts and crafts, and more. You will be working closely with the Early Years Coordinator to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all campers.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Early Years, QTS/PGCE) or be studying towards a relevant childcare qualification. You must also be available to work during school holidays and be a UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK.
You will need to demonstrate a passion for working with children, have initiative, and the ability to work independently. Awareness of safeguarding children is essential, and training will be provided. Previous camp experience and paediatric first aid qualifications are desirable but not essential.
