Drive Growth and Lead Client Relationships

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our medical testing division and drive growth in the B2B medical testing business. As a trusted bio-analytical laboratory, we specialize in stable isotope analysis for leading pharmaceutical and academic researchers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relationship with our largest client, handling troubleshooting, weekly reporting, and price negotiation.
  • Lead the admin/customer support team.
  • Drive growth in the B2B medical testing business by selling to existing and new clients, particularly hospitals and large health centers.
  • Oversee kit building operations and logistics supporting the medical testing business.
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the medical testing division.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and influencing decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching and mentorship.
  • Innovative thinker willing to experiment to improve team performance.
  • Motivated to make an impact in a fast-growing organization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Lead Navigator, or equivalent tools.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of medical testing, laboratory testing, and sales for large healthcare institutions.
