About the Role
Our Talent Development and Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving the HR functions of our company, including HR administration, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, data management, and process improvement. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective onboarding programs, managing benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs that set new hires up for success, including orientation and cultural integration initiatives.
- Manage benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit options to employees, ensuring timely processing and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management on policies, benefits, and people-related inquiries, fostering a responsive and supportive HR environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, overseeing leave of absence programs and ADA accommodations.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to guide strategic People Operations decisions, providing actionable insights through reporting on key HR metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, with a graduate degree a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to People Operations at a generalist or senior level.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentorship, or employee relations, with the ability to guide and influence individuals and teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends and act accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Salary Range
$90,000-$110,000 per annum.
