This position involves close collaboration with clinical faculty and staff to enhance the culture and development of the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute and the C3 Orthopaedics Initiative (Comprehensive, Cutting Edge, Caring Culture). Our goal is to foster a vibrant learning atmosphere and promote ongoing enhancement in alignment with our mission.
MOI is home to approximately 400 professionals and over 30 specialized physicians in various fields, including sports medicine, pediatrics, orthopaedic oncology, general orthopaedics, and trauma care. The institute is equipped for both inpatient surgeries and outpatient procedures, along with a comprehensive therapy clinic. Our reputation for exceptional patient care has positioned us as one of the fastest-growing practices in the Midwest.
Key Features of the Position

- Engage with a dedicated team of over 25 seasoned Orthopaedic Surgeons and 9 skilled non-surgical Orthopaedic Physicians.
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license issued by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.
- Preferred specialty certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Prior experience in Orthopaedic Surgery is highly desirable.
