We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Professional to join our team at HomeWell Care Services. As a Home Health Care Professional, you will provide individualized support and companionship to seniors and others in need of care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management

Requirements:

  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
  • Must have available reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
  • Have two verifiable professional references
  • Pass a criminal background check and have a valid physical examination within the last year
