Job Title: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the health, safety, and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and instruction to clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote client health and safety.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Hampshire.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
