Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and other service recommendations to address customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles and provide detailed estimates for necessary repairs.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding the causes of vehicle issues and the corrective actions required.
  • Engage with customers to address any concerns and provide updates on their vehicle's status.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform complete and accurate courtesy inspections using our digital e-inspection tool.
  • Utilize manufacturer-level diagnostic tools and subscriptions provided by Meineke.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as an automotive technician.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle components.
  • Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic systems and methodologies.
  • Proficient in handling various tools and heavy equipment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Excellent physical condition, capable of lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain a fast-paced work environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications

Ongoing training to maintain A.S.E. certification and adapt to evolving technology and fleet requirements.

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, bending, kneeling, and climbing are essential. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
