Guardian Angels Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our Transitional Care Unit team.
Job Summary:The LPN or RN will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes. This is a part-time position, working 48 hours per pay period, with a 2:30pm - 11pm schedule.
Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor the condition of assigned residents, promptly notifying physicians and family members of any changes.
- Supervise and monitor nursing staff to ensure compliance with resident plans of care and facility policies.
- Provide dignified and respectful care to residents, upholding confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow universal precautions, infection control guidelines, and safety standards in all work and activities.
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks.
