Nurse Practitioner

Guardian Angels Care Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Long Term Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in assessing, observing, and monitoring the condition of assigned residents. Your expertise will be essential in promptly notifying physicians and family members of any changes in the resident's condition.
Responsibilities:
Provides dignified, respectful, resident-centered care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsible for assessment, care, and services provided to assigned residents within shift worked.
Supervises and monitors assigned staff to ensure compliance with resident plan of care and facility policy and procedures.
Follows universal precautions, facility infection control guidelines, sanitation, and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.
Upholds confidential information as required by Guardian Angels Care Center policy and procedure as related to HIPPA.
Requirements:
Currently licensed as an LPN or RN in the state of Minnesota required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Prior experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.
