Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales and Marketing: Make outbound sales calls to promote our services and booking appointments.
  • Account Management: Follow up with customers to ensure all service needs are met and to maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with both clients and technicians.
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and managing customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related role is preferred.
  • Experience with outbound sales calls is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive, empathetic attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
